We truly value your time and appreciate you choosing The Water Spa & Living Well Salon. To help us serve all of our guests and respect our schedules, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If something beyond your control arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
